• Yoga/Pilates Instructor

Melissa has been teaching yoga and Pilates full time for almost 5 years. Her first step into fitness began with lunch hour classes at the local gym to help deal with the stresses of a typical 9 to 5. (Yoga/Pilates being the only option where showering wasn’t mandatory afterward…) Thus began the love affair with yoga and Pilates.

She received her 200hr yoga and Pilates certifications from Tula in 2012, said goodbye to corporate life and never looked back. She then received her Level 2 Pilates mat certification at Retrofit Pilates in 2013 and has recently received her Jock Yoga certification. Her classes are a challenging fusion style focusing on alignment and technique.

Melissa truly believes health/fitness/wellness is a never ending journey which leads to the very best version of ourselves.
