After abandoning a career in theatre, where unrealistic beauty standards create unhealthy fitness narratives, Sydney jumped headfirst into the fitness industry with a dream of teaching women that strength training can be fun and empowering! Her classes and programming are about getting STRONG, both inside and out. With catchy playlists. Sydney created La Femme Strong as an encouraging, empowering, and fun atmosphere for femme-identifying folk to try new things and get strong and confident about their bodies. Strength, passion and power = strong women in all aspects of life. Sydney is a certified Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist, Agatsu Lvl. 2 Kettlebell Instructor, Agatsu Movement and Mobility Instructor, Older Adult Fitness Specialist, and DTS Low Back Pain Specialist.
