BARRE x LIFT

Time to power up your core! Your abs, glutes and obliques take centre stage in the first half of this class, followed by a sweaty weightlifting circuit to get you a full body workout! First half of the class is a barre-style core workout (away from the barre), second half is a weightlifting circuit. Best of all worlds! This class will provide plenty of mods (both more and less challenging) so you get the love and burn you deserve!
