Head to “Schedule” (under “Group Fitness”) on our site, and it will take you to our MindBody scheduling system. Once you make an account, you can register for a class from there. MindBody also has an app you can use to book your classes and manage your account!

Yes. First of all, we need to make sure there is space for you! Second of all, If you do not register in advance of the class, you run the risk of having the class not run at all. If less than 3 people (In-Studio or Livestream) are signed up for a class 2 hours before it begins, the class will not run. If you are signed up for a class that does not have enough students to run, you will be notified via email at that time.

Yes! Since our class sizes are small, we are generally able to modify to suit your level. If you want to know more about whether specific classes are suitable for your needs, take a look at the Class Descriptions page, or feel free to contact us and we can explain in more detail!

Our doors lock 5mins after class start time, and there will be nobody at the front to let you in. This is to ensure the safety of everybody and their belongings. So if you can sneak in before the door locks, you can come on in!

You can pay for your classes with a credit card online through your MindBody account.

Send us an email through the contact form! We will want to know your general availability for sessions, and what you’re looking for. From that information we can match you to an appropriate trainer, and then you will have a free consultation with them to plan the next steps!

Classes: If you have reserved a spot in one of our classes, you must cancel more than 6 hours prior to the start of the class, otherwise you will be charged the cost of the class, as well as a $3 late cancel fee. This applies to both In-Studio and Virtual Classes.
Personal Training: You must cancel your appointment by 9pm the night before your appointment day in order to not lose your session.

This could be for multiple reasons: Instructor emergency, environmental issues, insufficient students to run the class, etc.

Once you have signed up for a Livestream Class, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email that will contain the Zoom link for your class. At the time of the class, just click that link and you will be connected! Make sure you’re on time – your instructor must admit you, and will not be able to do so once the class has commenced. If you do not receive your Registration Confirmation email shortly after registering, please contact lafemmestrong@gmail.com so we can make sure you get your link!

There is plenty of street parking on area side streets, paid parking on Queen St, as well as a Green P parking lot within a block of the studio.

We do not provide a telephone number because we are a very small operation of trainers that are busy teaching, and can rarely answer the phone. Email is the best way to ask questions and receive a timely response at lafemmestrong@gmail.com .
