This class uses a variety of strength training methods for a full body workout. This is the class where you will truly test your strength with weights and lifts that are appropriately challenging for you, overseen by a strength coach who will cheer you on the whole time!
No experience needed - your coach will work with you to make sure there is an option to challenge you at whatever level you're at!

Pilates is a strength workout that emphasizes core strengthening and mindful movement. It is a practice that compliments all aspects of fitness, as it works to strengthen with balance, flexibility, and postural focus.
We have several types of Pilates classes at LFS:
PILATES x STRENGTH - Focus on moves and sequences that really strengthen your core.
PILATES x BURN - Feel the burn! High repetition and acute focus.
PILATES x HIIT -Core strengthening with the addition of High Intensity Interval Training for a good sweat.
PILATES x CIRCUIT -Pilates moves, circuit style!
POWER PILATES -The usual core strengthening, with lots of props to intensify at your level.

A strength and conditioning class that will challenge your entire body! You will develop proper kettlebell technique from an Agatsu-certified Kettlebell Instructor. Complex strength moves paired with quick transitions & circuit training will raise your heart rate and challenge your stamina!
KETTLEBELL - A focus on Kettlebell lifts and full body strength.
KETTLEBELL x CORE - A similar style to our Kettlebell class, but interspersed with core work.

It’s time to get strong and have fun!
This is a class is a great opportunity to learn classic isolation lifts and explore different muscle groups with the weight that’s right for you. Primarily using bars and dumbbells, our focus is on isolating and strengthening your muscles – to a good beat. Each track is designed to focus on a different major muscle group, so your entire body will leave feeling so much stronger!

ACTIVE FLEX = Using your strength to gain more range of motion and flexibility.
In this class we will focus on strengthening and stabilizing your body in it’s deepest ranges of motion.
Get ready for a workout that will leave you feeling longer and stronger!

Let’s hit stuff!!! Come learn Kickboxing and Muay Thai striking techniques in this full-body workout class. By combining pad work and calisthenics, you will build your cardio and muscular strength, all while learning how to punch, kick, and defend yourself!
This class is for all levels (we love beginners!) and all equipment is provided. Pad work and exercises can all be adapted based on experience and physical needs.

STRONG x FLOW is not your standard yoga class – We will break free from the normal postural movements and explore our range of motion, both strengthening your muscles and giving them a necessary deep stretch!

In this class we will focus on strengthening and stabilizing your joints so you can keep moving fluidly and injury-free!
Don't get me wrong - you will break a sweat. We will be working your hips, shoulders, ankles, etc in their farthest ranges of motion, adding resistance as you get stronger! Which means that this class is suitable for all levels, we'll meet you where you are at and offer challenges when needed.

A strength and conditioning class that will challenge your whole body! This High Intensity Interval Training class will incorporate strength training, repetition and quick intervals to efficiently gain strength and endurance - all while having a laugh, of course.
